Vehicle Description
This 1969 Chevrolet C10 is a mix of classic look, V8 power, true
utility, and a touch of upgraded flair. Not only does it cover a
lot of wants, but also, this icon is offered for quite a nice
price.
Battleship gray with a black roof makes this one instantly
noticeable. Especially with a glossy finish, smoothie wheels,
blue-dot taillights, and upgraded headlights. It's nothing too
fancy, and so this long bed pickup really keeps a useful feeling.
So it's the kind of truck that just seems perfect for adding a
motorcycle mount in the bed or stenciling your company's name on
the side.
The basic black interior reminds you that an honest truck is always
ready to get to work. And rubber floor mats mean you don't even
have to dust off your boots before hopping inside. As you look
around, you'll also spot the right details, like newer armrests in
the doors and the seat keeps its classic C10 western-style pattern.
There are some nice vintage touches, like the controls from when
this was an A/C truck and the sliding rear window. Plus, there are
quality investments, like a Chevy's NK4 sports steering wheel, an
auxiliary gauge trio, and the speedometer was rebuilt within the
last few years.
Under the hood is a 283 cubic-inch V8. It's a strong runner with
the right kind of components everywhere from the newer four-barrel
carb on top, to the aluminum radiator that helps it run cool. There
are plenty of you who see the value price on this one and think
it's a great place to start your big block custom build (after all,
these C10s can take a ton of motor.) But also take some time to
really see the quality this one already has. We have $7k in
receipts invested in just the last few years that include a rebuild
of the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, a full brake job
on the power brakes, new ball joints, and work on the power
steering box. The result is a truck that's a solid and confident
cruiser.
This is a well-done classic where the owner's manual and nice
paperwork come with the sale. It's not a show truck, but instead
vintage honesty done with a hint of flair. That's why it walks the
line between useful and awesome. Call today!!!
