This Healey was born in the UK on 14th December, 1966. Originally sold by E F Sweeney British Cars in San Rafael in April, 1967 and has lived forever since in Northern California.
The car came into my house on March, 2006 with 59,325 original miles and I was the third lucky CA owner.
On March, 2011, it went into major body restoration down to the frame at Union Jack in San Mateo, CA. Six months and $41K later, the Healey came home to me wonderfully assembled with a brand new BRG body coating on every part. Still the very nice original 6 cylinder engine.
Today, the Healey has all of 72,570 original miles and still loves to take the wife and I into the country with as many stops for lunch and exploration as I want!
