Immaculate 1942 Ford GPW WWII Army Jeep S/N 61861 with matching Bantam MBT trailer. Museum quality frame-off restoration of the Jeep just completed. According to the serial# it was delivered to the Army Sept 3, 1942. All original and OEM parts used including script F parts where appropriate. Everything on the Jeep is perfect and great attention was paid to historical accuracy. Restoration fully documented with pictures (including pictures of identification markings) and receipts in a book that will come with the Jeep. The only incorrect items are the Engine (Willys) and routing of the exhaust. Trailer, acquired in a US military surplus sale from a base in Japan, is not as pristine as the Jeep, but still nicely restored with the exception of the bed which has been painted but small dents not removed. Jeep runs perfectly and has a newly rebuilt transmission by an expert in Phoenix.
