Vehicle Description
1970 Chevrolet Chevelle For Sale - 454ci Big Block With Holley
Sniper Fuel Injection LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1970
Chevrolet Chevelle Resto-Mod While the Chevelle was originally
designed to provide solid, basic transportation, the secret was in
the Chevrolet order form. With the right check marks and a few
extra dollars, it was possible to order a car that would rule both
street and strip. By 1970, GM had finally taken the corporate
limitations restricting the size of engines they would allow to be
stuffed into a mid-size body, and the result was a very special
motor for the Chevelle SS. The Chevelle offered high performance
with timeless good looks and remains a true collector favorite
today. The example offered here for sale is finished in the
beautiful Misty Turquoise exterior paint with black stripes
complemented by a black vinyl interior. The Black bucket seat
interior was completely re-done at the time of restoration with
factory-style air conditioning system and retro sound bluetooth
radio. Under the hood is a big block 454ci V8 engine with added
Holley Sniper fuel injection system for better drivability. This
powerplant is backed by a four speed automatic transmission sending
power to a 12-bolt differential. A bunch of functional upgrades
include MSD ignition, aluminum Edelbrock intake, long tube headers,
power front and rear disc brakes, power steering, coilover rear
suspension, front and rear sway bars make this a very well-rounded
driving experience. The car sits on staggered 18in and 20in Boyds
chrome wheels with modern radial tires. This Chevelle is a great
car for the enthusiast looking to enjoy their muscle car on the
open road. It has a host of mechanical upgrades that improve
drivability, reliability and performance. If you're looking for a
muscle car that can be driven and enjoyed, then look no further!
