Vehicle Description
This 1959 Chevrolet Impala has the awesome look of a pillarless
hardtop sedan, and it even comes with some terrific classic
paperwork. And as you look over the whole car, you can really see
how this V8 Chevy was done to maximize these unique elements.
Hardtop sedans are one of the coolest cars to ever hit the streets.
After all, they give you even more space to showcase the cool
pillarless middle than even the coupes. So while we love the '59
for the awesome trunk/tailfin treatment, a sedan like this also
gets extra attention for exclusive pieces like the wraparound rear
glass. This is a true jet-age car. You see it in the supersonic jet
ornaments on each fender and the rocket-like trim running up the
side. In fact, that trim has cool red inserts that coordinates with
the roof and even a hint of red is seen peeking out from the wheel
covers. This sedan comes with some amazing original paperwork, like
the window sticker and original dealer invoice. And so this Impala
is currently done with a hint of a survivor sense to play into the
history you get with this one. Basically, it's like it was used as
a cruiser through the 1960s, and then lost to time. So the two-tone
paint has a little bit of age, and you also get some cool vintage
vibes from details like the chrome headlight eyelids and dual
aerials.
When you go to a cruise-in we know you won't be able to resist
rolling down all windows and opening up all four doors just to show
off the unique style of this hardtop. And as people are drawn in
closer, they are treated to a vibrant red interior with plenty of
cool details. The red seats have sliver piping that's matched on
the door panels. And the inserts in both rows have the kind of
pattern that reminds you this full-size sedan should be used to
take family and friends on a picnic. There are hints of patina and
use, because that's the feeling this one wants to give off. A true
classic sensation will come over you every time you slip behind the
artful Impala steering wheel and gaze across the mixture of bright
trim and sporty gauges in the dash.
Under the hood is the unmistakable look of small block power. The
weathered air grabber with AC decal, ram's horn exhaust manifolds,
and generator are all part of survivor vibe that this one wants to
give. But the real secret here is that it's a 350 cubic-inch crate
V8. So this untouched appearance actually hides a younger heart!
There are even pieces like the upgraded radiator and newer exhaust
that also quietly upgrades your driving experience. The same goes
for the smooth-shifting TH350 three-speed automatic
transmission.
Not only do you get the window sticker and original dealer invoice,
but also the owner's manual, build receipts, and maintenance
records. It's all part of an awesome and distinctly presented
classics around. So you know you don't want to miss out. Call
