A very nice example of a late model Spider....excellent body (with my magnet, only found a trace of plastic filler at two small spots, magnet still stuck so suspect very thin layer), fairly new paint, gorgeous interior, new tan top, correct alloy wheels.
Runs and drives great....starts instantly, runs flawlessly, AND VERY QUICK. Having owned and driven most years of these Fiats, these late model fuel injected cars are powerful, rev very quickly, and should give a 2 liter Alfa a run for the money.
Steering, handling, power assist four wheel disc brakes, all work well. Comfortable, roomy, excellent fitting top that goes up and down in a few second, these Fiats (especially a really good car such as this one) are a perfect blend of old and new....classic styling and simplicity coupled to contemporary comfort, drivability, and performance.
And a note....metric speedo showing 41,000 kilometers. Accurate? Dunno. But entirely possible.
