This outstanding 1937 Ford Deluxe Woodie Wagon is proudly offered
for sale from the Maxmotive Pittsburgh Showroom. The wood work is
beautiful throughout and nicely complements the gray lacquer paint
on the original steel body. The chassis stamp and body numbers
match, and this example features the optional sliding glass
windows. The dashboard and gauges have the perfect patina, and the
three rows of tan bench seats and durable black rubber floor are
excellent, comprising an inviting, comfortable environment for many
miles of enjoyable motoring. The woodwork overhead is one of the
true highlights inside. The engine compartment is also as it should
be, in stock trim, with the 239 cubic inch Flathead V8. Fresh Ford
script hoses add another touch of authenticity under the hood.
Three forward speeds are manually selected with the genuine floor
shifter and it is accompanied by the familiar three-spoke steering
wheel, also with just the right aging. Authentic made in USA
Garfield whitewalls in the correct 6.00-16 size surround correct
styled steel wheels complete with the genuine hubcaps and trim
rings. The gray paint works with the wood, the black Cobra long
grain vinyl roof, and of course the tires and wheels for the kind
of presentation that can only come from years of loving care.
