For Sale: 1933 Dodge 2-Dr Coupe in Tucson, AZ - Arizona

Vehicle Description

1933 Dodge 2-door coupe with an all-steel body. The body was chem dipped to de-rust. The roof has been filled, the firewall shortened and filled. The doors have wood and inner structure replaced with 16ga steel. Installed Bear claw latches and 34 Ford door handles fitted to the doors. New steel in rockers, lower quarters, and cowl sides. Bodywork is finished on all areas with yellow primer. The gauge side of the dash has been filled for modern gauges to be installed. New chrome windshield frame with glass. Still retains the original regulator to crank the windshield out.  The cowl vent works as well. It has new wood installed around the rear windows and all the garnish is there. The rear window regulator and guide are there as well. The quarters need to be finished, lower rear body panel installed, trunk lid mounted, and skin made front center floor, rear floor with tubs installed.  It has a steel 1-piece hood and a 34 Dodge grill shell. 

      Chassis was built by Progressive Chassis Works. It’s built as a pro street 4-bar coil-over rear section. The front is set up with a Model A front cross member. The frame was blasted, and epoxy primed.  The rear differential is made from a Curry housing and 31 spline Curry axles, 11”x2” drum brake assemblies, and drums new from Ford. It measures 42” hub to hub. The case is empty, with no carrier or gears.  The front end is from Pete and Jake’s/Super Bell Axle Co. it’s set up as a 4-link as well. Disc brakes as well. Flaming River manual steering box. The wheels are Wheel Vintiques, rears are 15”x14” with Por-Trac S375 rear tires and the fronts are 15”x5” with a 165/80/15 tire.  They are painted gloss black. The motor and trans mounts are set up for a Chrysler 392 Hemi with a Chrysler 727 automatic. The orange foam mockup block goes with it as well as the guts out of the 727. It has a firewall mounted master and brake pedal assembly that goes with it as well.
