Vehicle Description
1968 Dodge Coronet RT. One of the finest supercars you will find
for the money! This is a nut and bolt restoration, top to bottom of
a real Coronet RT, assembled with state of the art high performance
components. The 440 is monstrously built with Wilson fuel injected
and twin 66MM turbos. Big Stuff 3 programmable engine management.
This is a fully streetable pump gas engine making an adjustable
1200-1600 HP! Manley rods, Ross turbo pistons, Edelbrock heads,
Comp hydraulic roller cam, MSD ignition. This build was designed by
one of the top turbo guys in the country and is ultra professional
and expensive! This car would cost $125K to duplicate. Dana 60 rear
end with 3.55 gears. Turbo 400 trans with 3500 stall. 3' exhaust.
Mini-tubbed with 12'x15' rear wheels with 13.5' wide stiff wall
slicks. Disc brakes front, drum rear. Car could easily be converted
to pro touring style if preferred. If you prefer street tires I
will switch to any other model you prefer. Paint is B5 blue and is
absolutely stunning! Seats are leather in front and factory bench
in rear. Car has approximately 500 miles on it. Never raced just
shown at local car shows. UPDATE 6/15/2021 The Recaro seats were
changed out for a more classic looking seat The Recaros were so
tall that they looked out of place. These are leather out of a
Subaru and the driver's seat is power. I included a new photo. If
the customer can give me a more specific list of photos I will take
them. This car could be converted to pro touring from pro street if
desired, except there is no room in the engine bay for AC
obviously. I can change out the tires and wheels as desired if he
wants that look. The wheels should be changed to 17' if done and
we'd have to discuss pricing. The tires on the rear now are what
are called stiff sidewall slicks, so the car doesn't wallow as a
full racing slick normally would with a wrinkle side wall, so these
are very streetable but probably illegal in most states One of the
photos shows my iPhone mounted under the front mirror using an app
called 'Speedometer.' This is pretty standard in cars of this
nature because some guys are changing tires and gearing constantly,
so a standard speedometer is of no use. My car doesn't even bother
with a speedometer as this app is so superior and high tech, giving
you all sorts of info. The 68 car didn't even have a rally dash
anyhow, so this is much more high tech. Just so you know, and as
the ad says, this car to build would be very expensive! My price is
ridiculously low Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at
