1957 Oldsmobile Starfire 98 Holiday Coupe finished in its original
color combination of two-tone Alcan White and Banff Blue. The
Starfire name was used for Oldsmobile's Ninety-Eight Convertibles
from 1954-1956. For 1957 it was used as a prefix for all models in
the Ninety-Eight series. This was a one-year only affair, and in
1958 they were back to plain "Ninety-Eight" once more. This was
originally sold new in Wisconsin. The original owner's son sold it
to the current owner before being brought to us. This comes with a
copy of the original window sticker and warranty documents! Chrome
and brightwork on this car are in nice shape. Paint has had one
repaint along the line, does show fine checking throughout,
otherwise good shape. Powered by the 3-carb 371 Rocket V8 that is
paired with a Jetaway Hydramatic automatic transmission. Comes with
the J2 power package bringing this to about 300hp. This comes
nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes, 4-way power
seat, power windows, power antenna, autronic eye, triple horns,
electric wipers, and spinner wheel covers. Fuel gauge is accurate
as well! Interior is very original with the exception of carpeting
and bottom of front bench seat. Bottom of front seat is NOS (new
old stock). Tri-tone blue interior with vinyl/cloth bench seats
with shifter on the column. Clock is functioning! This has been
well taken care of mechanically, inside, and out! Smooth sounding
