Vehicle Description
The third generation of the modern estate wagon began in 1977 and
would make a run through 1990 as its final year before the platform
changed. These models would be the pinnacle of family
transportation for so many Americans. In fact, you drive this thing
through town and I guarantee that you will multiple people with
childhood memories. These cars were highly optioned and were
extremely comfortable for up to eight adults with its rear facing
seat that has become extinct today. This particular car has
traveled just over 70,000 miles from new and is in unbelievable
condition in and out as well as mechanically. The consignor of this
automobile has an affinity for these large woodie wagons and knows
them in and out. He purchased this car a couple of years ago and
went through and took care of any need, big or little. Some of the
things that were done is a proper A/C retrofit that works
perfectly. A re-built carburetor, fluid flush and tune-up. New
tires and brakes as well as a new head-liner. Based on the
condition of the car it has been well taken care of, stored
correctly and not driven in the snow and salt. The interior shows
like new and the car runs down the road very nicely. The rear
window goes up and down as do the rest of the windows. All lights
work as does everything else except the power antennae that has not
been addressed. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer one.
