and four-on-the-floor. So it really mares for a terrific T-top
offered for a value price.
This Stingray has a lot to offer. It has the look of a
well-respected car with a straight panels, good gaps, and complete
brightwork. So you really get to see that sharp shark-like nose
lead the way. It even has been upgraded to an L88-style hood for
added speedy distinction. This is finished in its factory-correct
Monza Red, and that's the kind of color we all love on a Corvette.
The paint isn't perfect, and so some of this car's value price may
go to reinvesting in the color. However, it retains the kind of
shine that makes it great for a carefree weekend driver. And after
all, a car like this was made to enjoy on the open road.
The factory-correct black interior has a ton of appeal. The seats
were updated later in life to continue looking good. There was even
the addition of a retro-style AM/FM radio w/Bluetooth. So it makes
for the ideal machine to go for a drive with your favorite modern
music player. In fact, you can really go for a wind-in-your-hair
experience, because not only do you have T-tops, but also this is
from the years the C3 had a removable rear window. This is a great
driver setup with an upgrade sports steering wheel, large tach,
upgraded Hurst shifter, and auxiliary readouts taking a prominent
place front and center in the dash.
There's some extra flair under the hood with the bright valve
covers and matching air topper. But what you'll really like seeing
in the engine bay is the added performance. You have a new
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor w/electric choke and an Edelbrock
Performer intake. It's even supported by newer parts including, the
master cylinder, vacuum components, alternator, and an aluminum
radiator. The V8 fires up nicely, and it makes a nice tune out of
the newer dual exhaust. You have complete control over this the
whole package thanks to the four-speed manual transmission. Because
this is a Corvette meant for driving, you also have a have
Steeroids rack and pinion power steering system upgrade. This
combines with the fully independent sports suspension and
four-wheel disc brakes to deliver a classic you really want to take
out on the road.
Complete with owner's manual, this Stingray is everything you've
been looking for and priced far less than you expected. So don't
