BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this gorgeous Cobra Replica is
fiberglass, and it is in excellent condition! If you are familiar
with the Cobra replicas, the body is what you would expect to see
with a fiberglass Cobra. However, the most desirable aspect of this
particular body is this replica is roughly 8" longer than a
standard replica would be, meaning taller folks can fit in it!
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint on this car is in great shape,
originally built years ago to be driven, the iconic blue and white
paint still shimmers and clearly has been delicately cared for by
its previous owners.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior is in great condition
just like the rest of the car! While it may show some small signs
of use, it has been well-kept and is ready to be enjoyed. The
interiors of some Cobra replicas feel very much like a kit-car, but
we think this interior is well-executed and captures the Cobra
spirit quite well.
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: Under the hood is a Ford FE big block V8,
which is more than enough power to move this lightweight machine!
This car is a blast to drive, and much like a real Cobra it feels
almost overpowered. If you're looking for "the Cobra experience" on
a budget, this replica could be a great option. The engine runs
well, sounds great, and the sidepipes certainly deliver on that
classic Cobra sound. Manual rack & pinion steering and manual
4-wheel disc brakes make this car easier to manage, but do not
detract from the Cobra feel.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: There are many great things to
love about this car, but we think the extra legroom is the best
feature!
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: If you don't like lightweight
cars with plenty of power, this is not for you.
DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? The heater and radio are not currently
functioning, but other than that it is ready to go!
