there's a custom grille with polished top and clear tri-bar
headlights. The side has added polish for the namesake steps on the
side of the bed, and there are even Chevy bow ties in the exhaust
tips. And the custom space mural on the tailgate reminds you this
pickup is out of this world! These stepside trucks still originally
featured a wooden bed, and so the diamond plate upgrade on this one
goes with the rugged liner paint sides to make this a sturdy
hauler. And whenever you don't have anything back there, it just
gives it a nice added shine.
The interior also has been updated for style and function. The
bench seat was upgraded to a cool-looking pattern, and just as
important, it's also finished in a comfy cloth. This gray
coordinates with custom elements on the dash and doors. The
controls wrap around the driver for a sporty feel, and that's
furthered by an added Hurst floor shifter. Even with all the
upgrades, we bet your favorite piece will still be the sliding rear
glass. It even combines with the side windows to deliver a nice
breeze through the cab like only a classic truck can.
Under the hood is the unmistakable look of a Chevrolet inline six.
The long blocks are part of the backbone that made Chevy trucks
great, and this is from the later generation that were lighter,
larger, and more powerful. This one is believed to be original to
the truck, and so it has a nice history and even a little bit of
polished flair. So while we all know there are plenty of V8
upgrades that slide in here quite easily, this already has a hardy
powerhouse of distinction. This combines with the three-speed
automatic transmission and front disc brakes to give you a truck

Stepside classic pickups always command a little more attention,
