Vehicle Description
This 1993 Ford Mustang GT Convertible has some improvements outside
to make it look like an extra-speedy machine, and there are even
updates to the V8 to back up its appearance. So that means you get
a well-priced, fuel-injected drop-top with added distinction where
you want it most.
Ford really understood the market when they updated the Mustang GT
later in its 3rd generation. They created an icon with the body kit
that looked straight off a racecar, and that performance image is
only heightened by some well-done upgrades. There's a thick red
line encircling the car that looks bold against the white paint.
This coordinates with the Mustang GT script on the lower body and
the center caps of the 16-inch five-spoke alloys. In fact, the
wheels were custom painted, and the black outer section coordinates
with the trunk rack and black folding roof. It makes for a total
package that is unmistakably a pony car and also unmistakably
something distinct.
While we like the way this one looks with the roof in place, it
also has a ton of appeal with the top down. After all, white
upholstery always looks premium, and the burgundy accent pieces
give it a similar color theme to the exterior. As a car for
drivers. It's good to see comfortable bucket seats up front, and
there's even power adjustable bolstering. There are nice factory
options like power windows, power locks, cruise control, power
mirrors, and provisions for R134a air conditioning (blows cold but
may need to service the blend doors.) A later gen car like this
also means the added safety of an airbag on the tilt steering
wheel. The stereo is a Nakamichi AM/FM/CD unit with separate
equalizer and Bluetooth. The speakers have also been upgraded,
including two subwoofers in the trunk. So this is the perfect car
for taking the top down and cranking up your favorite music.
The fuel-injected 5.0-liter motor is a true legend. This V8
instantly made these Mustangs contenders, and they were hardy and
ready for upgrades. In fact, this pony car releases more horses
because it inhales deeper with a BBK cold air intake. There's also
a newer distributor and plug wires. It makes for a strong-running
package. While this is powerful, it's also a great cruiser, too,
with features like power steering, power brakes w/front discs, and
the four-speed automatic transmission with highway-friendly
overdrive.
The sale comes complete with the original warranty card. This is a
truly distinct pony car package that keeps the factory elements you
enjoy and upgrades to the items you really want. So this one is
just a little love away from being a true gem, and at a price like
this, it's easy to realize its full potential. Call today!!!
