Vehicle Description
This is a real-deal 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 that has been given
an upgrade in style and power. It makes for the right mix of a true
classic machine that also is a terrific driver.
The trim tag tells us this is a real Z-car, and so this was also
given the right investments to maximize this attitude. The original
Midnight Blue was traded for a more modern application of muscle
car ready black. It gives this a nice gloss and shine that can
really highlight the sleek curves of the sheetmetal. Plus, this was
the final year for the more delicate chrome bumper treatment that
loved to hug the form in both the front and rear. An authentic Z/28
needs more than just the correct badging on the grille, fenders,
and rear. So the full style really looks good. From the correct
gunmetal gray wheels to the full-width rear spoiler, the car looks
fast from any angle. And of course, the racing stripes were done in
white so that you get a high contrast appearance of high
performance.
For the same reason the white racing stripes are so attractive
against the black exterior, we also love the parchment white
interior. It has a complete and classic look, right down to the
button-top presentation of the seats. It's a driver-oriented setup
with high-back buckets, a center console, and the horseshoe
shifter. Plus, you have a clean and smooth dash that now houses an
upgraded AM/FM/CD/XM stereo with a USB input to charge you phone.
There's the grippy NK4 sports steering wheel, and it gives you a
clear view to the full gauge package, including large speedo and
correct tach.
When you open the hood, the engine radiates power from within the
dark engine bay. That's thanks to the bold block, bright finned
valve covers, and a polished Edelbrock air topper. It even has a
look of quality, right down to the belts, wires, and hoses. This is
a well-built 1970s era 350 cubic-inch V8 that includes performance
pieces like a four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, new
distributor, and headers that feed the newer dual exhaust with
Xlerator mufflers. There's an upgraded aluminum radiator to help
keep this full package running cool. The TH400 three-speed
automatic transmission is a stout unit that shifts smooth. Plus,
power steering, power brakes with front discs, and the modern grip
of Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires all combine to give you confidence on
the road.
The color, the power, and the upgrades all make this real-deal Z/28
Camaro a true stand out. So don't miss out, call today!
