These mid 60's trucks are becoming ever popular, and it's about time as they are an excellent design, comfortable and fun to drive, and are very user friendly.
This truck is so clean everywhere, and that includes the undercarriage as there is no evidence of rust in this truck.
Painted in the classic color of Seafoam green in base/clear, it's smooth, shiny, and clean, and with Fawn beige interior, this truck would present it's self very nicely at a car show. Lowered correctly means it has the right stance, and the ride is comfortable, not jarring.
All of the glass is nice, and the windows roll up and down easily. The truck steers easy and smooth with power steering, and the brakes bring the truck to a halt nice and true.
This truck would make for an extremely nice a daily driver as it starts, runs, and drives excellently. The engine and transmission work in concert together to provide durability, reliability, and when necessary, good power.
A few nice custom touches to the bed, such as a roll pan outfitted with '46 Chevy tail lights, filled in end caps, and hidden latches really clean the back of this truck up, and the fresh bed wood and stainless steel slats look amazing.
If you're considering a nice GMC/Chevy Short box truck (and who isn't) to drive daily, take to a car show or cruise-in, and you want that low slung, cool hot rod look, with nice suspension components to make the drive fun and easy, this just might be the truck you're looking for!
