to FL were the car remained for many years. The Sheetmetal is
remarkably clean with just rear quarters that have been
professionally replaced. It was treated to a bare-metal repaint and
now has a beautiful black finish with matching black steel wheels
with dog dish hubcaps. The panel gaps are excellent! The clean
Firebird shape looks particularly good with excellent Chrome
including the distinct bumper/grille assembly up front and Firebird
rear side marker lights.The black interior is in great condition
with black vinyl bucket seats clean new carpets nice headliner and
side/door panels. Options on this Firebird include working hood
tach center console power locks while the original radio has been
upgraded to an AM/FM/cd head unit that powers a pair of 6x9
speakers on the package shelf. Three point belts are still bolted
to the overhead brackets and the headliner which we believe is
original equipment remains in outstanding condition. And despite
spending its life in sunny Florida the dash pad isn't cracked or
damaged by the sun. The trunk is outfitted with a new reproduction
mat and carries what might be the original spare.Power comes from a
455 cubic inch V8 that has been freshly rebuilt! This YY code 455
