The following mechanical repairs are recommended:
Engine:
Replace serpentine belt
Suspension:
Replace lower control arm bushings, lower ball joint and upper ball joint
Steering:
Top seal on steering rack is leaking, rack bushings need to be replaced
Brakes:
Rear fluid is low, suspect rear wheel cylinders are leaking
Windows:
The back sliding windows have cracks but it would be an inexpensive fix
Hood:
Hood needs to be aligned to open all the way properly
