Cool Classic Rides, Dealer #DA8690 is excited to offer another classic with this 1972 Ford F100 Custom. They just don't get any nicer than this one. This is a mint condition, original truck. Under the hood, it has a 302 V8 with automatic transmission and 2WD. It also has working power steering and power brakes. This is one of the last bumper side Ford trucks ever built. It's factory badge shows a date of 08/72. In August, each year, Ford would shut down production of that years truck on the second week in August, for thirty days to retool and set up for the next years model. So with a badge that reads August, we know this one would have been built in that first (and final) week of production in August. The body is in beautiful shape and the original trim is all here (see pictures). We gave it a fresh coat of beautiful, two tone blue and white paint. It is an awesome color combination. A new spray in bed liner, excellent tires and original hubcaps. Inside, all we did was give the bench seat some new upholstery. Everything else is completely original. The heater, windshield wipers and original AM radio all work great, nearly fifty years later. This is a beautiful truck in amazing condition.
