1965 Pontiac GTO Real GTO PHS Documented 389 4 speed This 1965 GTO
presents itself beautifully in its original color code R, Montero
Red. It has a very glossy clear coat finish on a rust free body.
Bumpers are re-chromed to a show finish. All the lines and gaps are
nice. It rides on a set of 15x8 Crager SS wheels with Firestone
Wide Oval tires. The interior has a set of bucket seats with new
covers and seat foam. The door panels, arm rests, headliner, visors
and carpet have all been replaced. It has an aftermarket AM/FM/CD
player, factory Rally gauges with factory tach. Everything works as
it should including the Vintage A/C! The engine compartment is
nicely detailed with a 1965 389 cubic inch engine, casting
#9778789, date code F155, that has been completely gone through
less than 500 miles ago, power steering, power brakes, 4-core
radiator and Vintage Air that blows cold! The trunk compartment has
a coat of gray splatter paint, trunk mat, spare tire with jack
assembly and new weather stripping. The undercarriage has all clean
metal, super T-10 4-speed transmission, rear sway bar, all front
end components look to be good, front and rear power disc brakes,
factory exhaust manifolds, dual exhaust with factory style
splitters and the e-brake cables are all hooked up as well. This is
one nice GTO inside and out!!
