Vehicle Description
1951 FORD CUSTOM TUDOR SEDAN STK #: HOWARD51 For the brief three
years this design was available, the 1951 version is the final and
often most sough-after. That's because of the bright work. Up front
they doubled that amount of bullet-nosed boldness, and the cool
wraparound taillight/tailfin was even longer. Speaking of
wraparound, the bright side trim still retained the full-length
sweeping effect, but now it followed the bodywork all the way
around the rear. And this one has all the best classic style, right
down to the factory wheel covers and whitewall tires. These
two-door sedans have a nice profile on the outside while still
offering a large back seat and rear vent windows, so it makes for a
fine classic to invite others along for the ride. The big steering
wheel feels great in your hands, and beyond that everything looks
correct - from the large speedometer to the AM radio that's still
on display. All lights and gauges operate is intended from the
factory. It is powered by the iconic and original 239ci Ford
Flathead V8 Engine and mated to the original 3-Speed Manual
Transmission. Equipped with a 2 Barrel Carburetor, this baby is All
Original! With 131,588 original miles, the engine runs strong with
great oil pressure and has never had the need to be rebuilt
(Odometer only reads 31,588 due to mechanical limitations) . You
will not find any leaks on this car! It was garage kept and well
maintained in California by the same family for 65 years before the
current owner purchased the car. There is no evidence of any
accidents or bondo on the car whatsoever. Complete with New Brakes,
New Hoses, New Belts, New period correct Interior, New Gold colored

bullet-nose elements leading the way, full-length side trim, and
taillights that wrap around the rear...it's all part of the
stunning package. You can see it all so well because of the quality
of the trim and the high gloss of the gold paint. The trunk has
even been finished in a carpet material, including the spare tire

iconic shoebox classic pass you by or you will be left wanting!
