The Mazda Miata is the best-selling sports car of all time. All for
a good reason. The Miata brought back the fun and pure driving
entertainment of those British sports cars of yesteryear. The Miata
MX5 was introduced in 1989 but all early imports were registered as
1990 vehicles. That means this particular Miata is a very early
example and comes with only 42-thousand miles on the odometer.
With its original red paint this Miata just says sports car. The
interior is black and features grey cloth bucket seats and the
convertible top is black vinyl. Of course, a peppy DHOC 1600cc
4-cylinder engine with 116 hp. coupled with a 5-speed manual
transmission delivers on the visual promise. Top speed was
estimated at 126 mph. 0-60 is 8.3 seconds. It also features 4-wheel
disc brakes and an all independent suspension that deliver sports
