1955 Chris Craft 21' Capri
The Capri was Chris Craft's top of the line 6 passenger runabout in
1955
Hull CP21-006 was a fully optioned Chrysler V8 powered boat.

The Capri line of 19' & 21 boats was a completely new design for
1955 featuring a wraparound windshield & new bow design. Only about
100 of these 21' Capri's were built in 1955 and only 16 are listed
in the Antique & Classic Boat Society register. The present owner
of 20 years did a complete 1800 hour restoration in 2014 which
included a full engine rebuild, a bare hull staining, varnishing,
and all new interior & chrome. The boat has been properly
maintained and in August 2020 it will receive new varnish and
mechanical servicing & detailing. This rare Capri CP-006 was
featured in Classic Boating magazine issue 196. In 2015 it won Best
Chris Craft out of 22 Chris Crafts at the Lake Champlain Antique &
Classic Boat Society boat show. The boat is ready to launch and
enjoy!!
