This particular car is in awesome condition with the current owner acquiring the vehicle in 2005. The car has an original look to it with just a few tasteful modifications that those eagle-eyed Corvette enthusiasts may notice. The car shows extremely well as many of the usual (and easily noticeable) points on the C3 Corvettes that show wear or age are in great condition. This Corvette is finished in factory correct International Blue (code 990) over the correct Blue Vinyl interior. We dare say that the exterior is in excellent condition, which is not a term that we like to use, and we don't use it often. The usual C3 Vette blemishes like scratches on chrome and tail light trim, scratched door handle plates, and ill-fitting rear decklid vents are not issues on this car. Body panels line up just as they should, and the paint is glossy, showing depth in the clearcoat. Inside the car is a factory correct Blue Vinyl interior (code 414) that is in awesome condition. Just as the exterior is in amazing condition, this interior has been meticulously restored and maintained. Seats are free of wear on bolsters, the many gauges on the dashboard are clear, center console trim is in great condition, and door panels are in excellent condition. Under the hood, you'll find the numbers matching, 400 horsepower, Tri-Power, 427ci V8 engine, which was a factory upgrade from the base engine offering. Checking the engine upgrade box when ordering the car was most definitely worth it! Gear selection is handled by a 3 speed automatic transmission. Side pipes were added when the car was restored, which look great, and the sound emanating from them when going through the gears is awesome! This is a beautiful Corvette that is a first year of the C3 car. Chrome bumpers, 427 V8, awesome paint and body, and International blue paint are just a few of the positives on this car.
