In 2004 Cadillac put in to production the CTS-V, clearly the most
ambitious effort General Motors has made to produce a Sports Sedan
credible enough to compete with the European Sports Sedans probably
ever. With 400 HP, a mile speed of over 110 MPH mated to a
6-speed manual gearbox, well an instant hit. This particular black
over black CTS-V has had two owners from new, has a clean carfax
and has relatively low mileage. That combination at this price
point is hard to beat. This is a very nice example with everything
in working order, good brakes and tires and is ready to go. You
have to remember that Cadillac is an executives so having a
performance model is not only cool its rare. They built the CTS-V
from 2004 through 2019, so having the first generation which offers
Corvette power and performance that you can take the family to
dinner in is about as cool. Being able to buy such a car in this
price range is about as cool as it gets.
