Vehicle Description
This 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback has the sporty look, full racing
stripes, and a ton of performance-oriented upgrades. But more than
just speedy style, the more you look, the more you're going to find
thoughtful upgrades, too. It's in everything from the custom
interior to the overdrive transmission. It all makes for a total
package classic.
The silver paint gets this car noticed. It's an upgrade later in
life that give it quite a nice shine today. Plus, it makes for a
good backdrop for the dark side performance pieces, like the deep
chin spoiler and blackout grille. And those dual racing stripes run
the full length of the car, including over the roof. It gets even
meaner thanks to other details, like the hood scoop, hood pins,
side scoops, and NASCAR-style side exhaust. The chrome bumpers and
trim have the look of quality against the silver paint. And this
full package of style and speed seem to come together nicely on the
polished American Racing wheels with a 16/17 inch front/rear
stance.
The color theme switches inside where now the deep black dominates,
and you get hints of silver on the seats. In fact, speaking of the
seats, the front buckets are an upgraded setup with custom
embroidered headrests and plenty of comfy bolstering. The rear
fold-down bench has been done to match, too. While this is a
performance-oriented setup, it's also quite inviting. The door
panels, dash, headliner, and all the other major places have been
invested in to keep it looking and feeling quite good. There are
well-done upgrades like the armrest center console with cup
holders, and the stereo is an AM/FM unit with aux input for your
iPod. There are even provisions for air conditioning (will need
servicing before blowing cold again.) The floor shifter and
wood-rimmed steering wheel have a classic-style feel, but the
glowing red full gauge package is a welcomed addition to this
driver's environment.
Ford's 302 cubic-inch V8 looks quite tidy in the engine bay. This
one is even built with the features you want, like an Edelbrock
four-barrel carburetor, electronic ignition, Cobra-style ribbed
valve covers, serpentine belt system, and a Monte Carlo bracer bar.
The V8 fires up with eagerness, and it makes a sweet sound out of
Magnaflow dual exhaust on its way to those awesome side pipes. But
while this looks mean, it's also built for all-around driving. It's
been upgraded to a four-speed automatic transmission with versatile
overdrive. Plus, you have power steering, power brakes w/discs up
front, and modern sport tires.
Complete with owner's manual, this fastback has been given the
right investments to be both sleek and comfortable. So you know
it's the pony car you don't want let get away. Call today!!!
