Vehicle Description

When it comes to 'old school cool', it doesn't get much better than a well-done Camaro. Comfortably accommodating, and boasting enough athleticism to embarrass some of the quickest whips on the road, these fabled pony cars combine the best characteristics of a choice classic with the broad support of a positively massive aftermarket. And, in ultimate homage to the golden age of Detroit design, they seem to ALWAYS look great! Wrapping extraordinary aesthetics around a buff 502 and decidedly lust worthy customization, this impressive Chevy is one of the nicest F1s on the market. And if you're looking for an urbane head turner that mixes timeless style with killer performance, it's a solid stake for your next collector car!

VIBRANT OPULENCE

Built to turn heads and kick asphalt, this impressive Chevy is the beneficiary of a detailed rotisserie restoration that wrapped fully stripped sheetmetal in an arresting coat of Charley Hutten Checkered Red PPG Vibrance two-stage. At the front of that svelte pigment, a bright bumper guards a trick '68 Camaro grille, which stretches polished bars amid dual-mode headlights, Checkered Red filler paint and black, Super Sport-style trim. At the top of that grille, a shaved header leads a familiar Stinger Hood, which fronts a filled cowl that's capped with polished wipers. Those wipers clear a stainless-trimmed greenhouse, which rides between factory mirrors that reflect bright wheel lips and factory door handles. And at the back of the car, a second bright bumper reflects a custom deck spoiler, billet Eddie Motorsports taillights and a custom valance that's fashioned around polished exhaust tips.

CHEVROLET PERFORMANCE

Pop this Panther's stylish hood and you'll find a hot Chevrolet Performance 502 that, like the car's top-notch restoration, is fully sorted and ready to roll! One of the coolest crate engines Chevrolet offers, this legendary big block utilizes proven GM technology to mix miles of thrills with years of reliable cruising. A custom, color-keyed air cleaner shrouds a Lokar-controlled Edelbrock 4-barrel. That carb fuels a polished Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, which floods aluminum Chevrolet heads. Those heads tilt custom, color-keyed valve covers between polished breathers and loomed Taylor plug wires. Coated Patriot Clippster headers crawl around a body-matched block that's aligned with a body-matched fuel pump and a Powermaster XS Torque starter. Polished March serpentine components spin modern power steering beneath a polished AC compressor and a polished Tuff Stuff alternator. A customized core support strings a painted Griffin radiator in front of big SPAL puller fans. Choice details include billet Eddie Motorsports hood supports and a proven Wilwood master cylinder. And everything rides in a custom, body-matched engine bay that's finished with massaged fenders and a smoothed firewall.

RESTO-MOD BLISS

Under this custom, traditional muscle car bones have been supplemented with a TCI Pro Touring IFS front-clip and a sturdy Torque Arm rear-clip. That suspension, dressed in Charcoal Gray paint and satin clear, makes excellent use of tubular control arms, big sway bars, modern coil-overs and Detroit Speed mini tubs. Those components get pushed by a 9-inch axle that's finished with 3.89 gears and Currie 31-spline axles. Shifts get dealt by a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission that was sourced directly from the pros at Transmissions To Go. Turns are tight thanks to power rack-and-pinion steering. Stops are provided by polished Wilwood calipers, which squeeze a total of 20 pistons around 12 and 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors. Spent gases float from the aforementioned headers to either electronic cutouts or custom, large-diameter pipes that traverse deep Hooker Maximum Flow mufflers. And this Chevy sits low and mean on polished Intro Auroras, which spin 225/40ZR18 Hankook Ventus V12s in front of 305/30ZR19 Hankook Ventus V12s.

STUNNING CUSTOMIZATION

Open the doors and you'll find a designer cockpit that mixes plush leather upholstery with the best conveniences of a modern commuter. Front and center, a hand-fabricated dash seats Auto Meter Pro-Comp Ultra-Lite telemetry next to modern Kenwood audio and cool Vintage Air conditioning. Speaking of seating, the car's passengers ride either a traditional Camaro bench or modified Fiero buckets. Those thrones frame a steel, hand-fabricated console that's dotted with a B&M Ratchet Shifter. Hand-fabricated side panels point stylish Billet Specialties handles behind crisp kick speakers. The driver spins a color-keyed Billet Specialties steering wheel around a tilting CPP column. And the passengers stash essentials in a custom-finished trunk.

Both alluring and fun, this awesome Chevy is a tastefully refined take on the enduring concept of the American muscle car. Combining top-notch craftsmanship with proven mechanicals, it presents the rare opportunity to land a show stopping classic that easily doubles as a sorted weekend cruiser. Don't miss your chance to claim this awesome custom!
