1964 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport
This is a “nut and bolt” frame off rotisserie restored 1964 Chevy Impala Super Sport with a 300 HP 327 engine, Muncie M20 4 speed manual transmission, power steering and power brakes. Everything in/on this car was restored to factory specifications, including the complete driveline, interior and exterior. The exterior is Daytona Blue and the interior is code 831 silver blue. The car currently has American Racing wheels with new tires, but included are all 4 original 14″ wheels with nearly new tires and original hubcaps and lug nuts.
VEHICLE CONDITION:
This car is basically new from the tires up. It has been completely disassembled and rebuilt. The frame and suspension were completely rebuilt and detailed with all new hardware and parts. The body was mounted on a rotisserie and restored including rust treatment and finishing. There was only some very minor rust in the original body, but all rust was cut out and new metal welded in, then rust treated. Every single piece of metal has been stripped, repaired and restored. Almost all exterior trim, front and rear bumpers, aluminum panels, headlight trim, taillight trim, grill, and emblems are new. The upholstery and interior trim is 90% new. The engine, transmission and rear end were totally rebuilt with quality parts. The power steering has been upgraded from the slave cylinder to variable ratio Z28 power steering system. Receipts for over $32,000 were spent on the restoration of the car.
