Ground up restored with all the Super Sport features. Factory
marina blue car. Dialed in and ready to drive and enjoy.
EXTERIOR: It's beautiful to look at. It's a factory Marina Blue,
code F. The body looks great, I don't see any signs of damage or
rust showing. The metal flake is laid out nicely and it has a very
deep clear coat polished out smooth and glossy. Most of the trim
was replaced. It has the SS hood with new chrome grills. The front
bumper is replaced, grill is original. On each side, the emblems,
wheel well moldings, bowtie mirrors, door handles have been
replaced. It has original rocker trim in good shape. In back it has
the blacked out SS tail panel, all new trim, tail lights and
bumper. The black convertible power top is in excellent condition.
It has rally wheels with new trim, correct small center caps for 67
only. They are wrapped in BFG radial redline tires. Door jambs are
clean, weatherstrips are excellent.
INTERIOR: New American Autowire wiring harness. The bucket seats
have been restored including new cushions and upholstery. On the
floor it has a center console, carpet looks fresh. It also has
floor mats and GM seat belts front and back. The dash has been
restored with a new pad and chrome bezels. It has three gauges
mounted neatly below the dash. The retro stereo works. and it's
hooked up. The door panels, armrests, window cranks and handles
have been replaced. New convertible boot fits real nice.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The compartment is restored and detailed real
nice. The motor is a 1969 396. It has been upgraded with an
aluminum Edelbrock intake with MSD Atomic fuel injection system. A
set of ceramic coated headers that the burnt fuel out. The heater
box was powder coated, new heater core. Radiator was upgraded with
aluminum. The chrome is bright on the original style chrome valve
covers and air cleaner. It has a one wire chrome alternator. The
power brake booster, master and lines all look new. It has power
steering. The components all look clean and proper.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Solid trunk compartment with a nice coat of
spatter finish paint. New rubber mat. The spare matches the other
wheels- new BF Goodrich redline on a rally rim. It has a jack
assembly and it is all bolted down properly. New well liner and
weather strip is soft.
UNDERSIDE: The bottom was cleaned and detailed. Painted in POR 15
and gloss black. Front end looks like he's been completely rebuilt,
replaced and upgraded. It has new sway bar, powder coated springs,
tubular control arms, new shocks, bushings etc. Bottom of the motor
is super clean, has a high torque starter. Chrome flywheel cover
and matching transmission pan on the Turbo 400. 10 bolt rear end in
the back with a cruising gear. It has newer shocks and powder
coated springs in back. Great sounding dual exhaust with Flowmaster
mufflers and turn down tips. The metal under the car looks very
solid. The fuel system including the tank, straps sending unit were
replaced. New disc brake conversion in front, the e-brake assembly
is hooked up.
This is a great car to go for a cruise and look good doing it!.
