On January 1987, I purchased a rebuilt 1957 Morgan Plus 4 Roadster from Steve Miller, Imported Car Service in Emeryville, California. The rebuilding included:
1) Chassis rebuilt to new condition. 2) Front and rear suspension completely rebuilt. 3) Disc brakes fitted on the front and braking system completely over-hauled. 4) Five chrome wheels installed. 5) New wooden body built and new sheet metal fitted where needed. 6) Engine, gearbox and rear axle assembly completely over-hauled. 7) All electrics replaced or rebuilt to as new standards. Cream faced instruments completely rebuilt and refaced. 8) All chrome trim redone in excellent condition. 9) Car completely assembled and painted in a white color. 10) Interior redone to factory specifications in black leather and leather cloth. 11) New top, tonneau and side curtains in black leather cloth. 12) Spot lamp and badge bar mounted on front bumper. 13) Bonnet belt mounted and seat belts installed. 14) Jack and knock-off hammer provided. 16) Dust car cover supplied.
As of August 2020, the car is in excellent condition. The steering. has been tightened down to compensate for play in steering.
