92 Dodge W250 Cummins frame up build, this is a MUST-SEE truck. 12V
Engine fully refreshed throughout, compound turbos, NV4500 5 speed,
3250 south bend clutch dual disc clutch with over sized billet
input shaft. Coil front suspension and rear air suspension, mostly
original interior with 4th gen seats. This 92 W250 Cummins Dodge
started as a clean western truck. The frame was sandblasted and
painted with Eastwood Chassis Black paint. The cab exterior was
completely stripped including underneath, re-coated and reassembled
on new cab mounts. All panels were stripped and painted Ram Western
Brown. Trimmed with 91-93 Lines Flares New Scorpion Liner applied
to the bed. Bed wiring includes 12v lighter and USB sockets and in
bed control of rear Rigid Industries lighting. Rear FFS bumper with
Rigid reverse lights, low profile hitch, and front and rear bumpers
finished in Scorpion Liner. Rigid Industries headlights. The truck
received a hydro boost power braking conversion for better braking
performance, lower required braking input, and a lower pedal
height, and rear e-brake disc swap to the rear Dana 70 with Powr
Lok aggressive limited slip. The front kingpin Dana 60 is in great
shape with kingpin spring eliminators. Front HD driveshaft with
1410 yoke and joint. Rear one piece driveshaft with 1410 yokes and
joints. Front suspension is coil radius arm link conversion equal
to 5 lift and is a simple but remarkable improvement from the leaf
suspension that is original. Same with the rear Air Suspension
conversion with full HD 4 link and track bar. Fox shocks with
reservoirs all around. Custom steering to match. Fox Steering
Stabilizer. All to fit and control the 35 tires on 20x12 chrome
hostile wheels. Multiple wiring upgrades including removal of
fusible links and new under hood replaceable fuse panel, new 2.0
battery cables for the dual Optima Red Top Batteries in a custom
tray. A good clean donor 12 valve cummins was completely rebuilt
with; ARP main studs , rod bolts, head studs, cam, oring head, .020
over pistons and all new gaskets. Compound Diesel Power Source
Turbos, 62/71/12 over s475 for great driving and towing power. 5x14
Injectors, Farrell Diesel 160 p pump build with big cam, benched
ready to go with delivery valves and related mods including fully
optioned AFC Live. Enough for 850 hp. AirDog 4g lift pump.
Mishimoto radiator and big Intercooler with 3 piping to a DPS air
intake. The combo will easily exceed 600 hp and not be extra
stressful as to negatively effect the longevity of the engine.
