The 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A is a true American classic muscle car
that was produced in very limited numbers. This Plum Crazy Purple
T/A Challenger is one of only 2,399 T/As' ever produced, and adding
to its rarity, it is 1 of only 1,411 produced with the TorqueFlite
automatic transmission. Unique features of the T/A include a flat
black fresh air fiberglass hood with locking pins, side-exit
exhaust system, staggered 15 x 7 steel wheels, and T/A graphics,
which were some of the race car touches added to it from the
factory. The heart of this stunning Mopar is a numbers-matching 340
cubic inch 6-Barrell V8, with 290 horsepower. All this power is
routed through the 3-speed automatic transmission and then on to
the durable 8 3/4 rear axle. Inside the Challenger you will find a
very clean interior finished in black vinyl with black carpet and
center console. This car also features power brakes, bucket seats
and front and rear spoilers. A recipient of a comprehensive
rotisserie restoration this Challenger T/A is in absolutely
