What a great color combination that screams the 50's! The Mandarin
Orange and White color combination is stellar on this extremely
nice 1956 Fairlane Victoria 2Dr Hdtp. With a matching interior it
is a very well done restoration with great attention to detail. The
ever reliable 292 V-8 hooked up to a 3 on the tree manual
transmission and the added optional overdrive as well. Nicely
detailed engine compartment reminds us how simple working on cars
really was. Original dash and instrumentation keeps with the
overall appearance and functionality of the original car. The
outside appearance is complimented with wide whitewall tires and 4
bar spinner hubcaps and rear fender skirts. As with all Fairlanes
the dual exhaust exits the rear bumper. With California history
this is certainly a car that will get lots of attention at any car
show or cruise. For whatever reason it is always a bit more
challenging to find really nice Ford products out of the 50's but
we have a true winner here. Come and take a look and be the envy of
the neighborhood. Probably was the case back in 1956 as well!
