This is everything you want. A 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS tribute
with serious big block power, four-on-the-floor, an upgraded sports
suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, an A/C interior, and it's all
wrapped in a terrific red package. Oh yeah, it's that awesome!
This coupe likes attention. The red is a modern clearcoat
application that gives you a bright and attractive luster. It draws
people in, and then helps show them there was a big investment in
this classic that goes well beyond the paint. It's because this
glossy red highlights the straightness of the bodywork and the
well-creased lines that the GM designers worked so hard to create
over a half-century ago. Plus, all of this shine is the perfect
complement to the chrome bumpers and bright trim. And as a proper
Super Sport tribute, you have all the best features like the dual
power bulge hood, ribbed rocker panels, plenty of SS badging, and
the bright Rally wheels.
The interior is just as imposing and impressive as the exterior.
The deep black on the seats, doors panels, carpets, and dash are
all products of a solid investment. There really is a nice look of
vintage quality everywhere from the bright dash, to the trim on the
seatbacks. But this you also can spot plenty of the right upgrades
to make it a great modern cruiser. You see this everywhere from the
LED courtesy lights to the retro-style AM/FM stereo. And
cold-blowing R134a air conditioning make it quite nice to roll down
all the windows on this pillarless hardtop, even in the summer.
Bucket seats, a center console, and a bright floor shifter give you
the classic Chevelle SS experience. And that's now upgraded thanks
to features like the tilt steering column and the large tach
mounted to it.
The engine bay is filled with plenty of bow-tie power. It looks
terrific with the bright air topper, matching valve covers, and the
smooth inner walls that make this an overall tidy setup. The 396
cubic-inch big block makes this an ideal SS396 tribute, but since
they were investing in this coupe, they decided to also add more
power. So you have upgrades like a double-pumper four-barrel
carburetor, quarter-inch spacer, Edelbrock Performer intake, and
headers feeding a performance dual exhaust. You have complete
control over this enhanced V8 and its thunderous soundtrack thanks
to the four-speed manual transmission. And control is a central
theme to this coupe. That's why when you look at the undercarriage
photos, you not only see signs of a fresh build, but also upgraded
components. You have tubular A-arms, coilovers, and a thick UMI
Performance sway bar up front. In the rear are more UMI pieces,
like the sway bar and tubular arms on the four-link setup. There's
also power steering, wide Cooper Cobra tires, and upgrade
four-wheel power disc brakes to make this an all-around solid
driving muscle machine.
You're going to want to be the first to get here on this one,
because this Chevelle hardtop is turn-key ready to turn heads right
now. Call today!!!
