During the restoration the car was completely stripped and repainted in its original color Tropical Turquoise, The underside and engine bay of the car has also been completely stripped and painted to match the body The chrome trim and bright work have also been replaced during the restoration. The complete standard black interior package is all new! The seats have been rebuilt with new springs, foams and recovered. This Mustang also features a custom glove box mounted radio and LED interior lighting Powering this beautiful Mustang is super stout competition products 392 stroker flat tappet motor with cast iron heads with stainless 202 vales with hardened seats to run pump gas. The carb is a 780Cfm 4BBL holly. The trans is a C4 automatic paired to a Ford 8in rear with 3.55 gears. To help cool the 392 stroker engine a larger aluminum radiator was added. This Mustang was also upgraded with Front disc brakes for added stopping power. Available with purchase is a factory center console. As you well know the fastback Mustang's were brought into production in late 1964 so many of them do have 1965 vin numbers. This pony is sure to be a true show stopper!!
