1946 Chrysler Windsor 4 door sedan for sale. A great start for restoration project. Was Grandpa's car, then passed on to an Uncle. The vehicle has been in the same family since the mid 1950's. The vehicle wears the original black exterior paint with the Highlander trim package with red plaid upholstery. The car is equipped with the original 250 cubic inch L-head inline 6 cylinder motor, mated to the factory Fluid Drive transmission. Odometer shows 89,000 plus miles. Current condition of the motor is unknown, however, it was running as recently as 5 years ago. Idled smoothly, but presented a slight knock at rpm's above idle speed. Vehicle is in very restorable condition. 99% of the factory trim and emblems are present. Body shows some surface rust. Some under body rust is present. The body is mostly straight, with exception of the passenger side rear fender, which has a crease in it which somehow missed the chrome trim. Clear title.
