Pickup trucks are no longer just about utility. Some have been
transformed to turn heads and enjoy the drive, and this restored
1963 Chevrolet C10 sure proves it. With a thoughtful paint package,
nice upgrades, and an overdrive transmission, you can't help but be
impressed.
Matte black always sets the tone right for a street machine. This
is a quality application that really lets the sunlight highlight
details in the sheetmetal, like the form of the hood and the sporty
fenders of the stepside bed. You just can't help but feel the extra
intimidation this one radiates with its large 18-inch black wheel
and forward-leaning stance. The side stripes are a cool rendition
of the C10's trim package, and that allows for an aggressive red
streak on the profile. But even with this upgraded attitude, they
didn't forget to leave in the vintage appeal. That's why the front
has plenty of mirror-like chrome and the bed still has real lumber
on the floor.
The black theme continues inside, and now it's joined but a vivid
metallic red on the metal parts of the doors and dash. It keeps the
clean and simple attitude of a vintage pickup, but they also
integrated nice upgrades. For example, you have the classic bench
seat, but now it's upholstered in a comfy cloth. The radio has a
classic look, but it's a more modern AM/FM digital tuner
w/cassette. There are nice driver upgrades like the wood-rimmed
sports steering wheel and tall Lokar shifter. Plus, they updated
the gauges to remain vintage but look crisp.
The dark walls of the engine bay funnel your attention to the
bright motor in the middle. This 305 cubic-inch V8 not only has
some added polished flair, but it's done for power, too. You have a
Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock aluminum intake, and
long tube headers that feed a set of Flowmasters before exiting
below the truck with a nice rumble. A truck like this was made for
driving, that's why you have power steering, front disc brakes, the
grip of modern performance tires, and the C10's sought-after
trailing arm rear suspension. And the 700R4 four-speed automatic
transmission means comfortable overdrive for near of far.
Complete with owner's manual, this is a well-coordinated truck that
has the driving features you love. So at a price like this, you'll
want to hurry on this deal. Call today!!!
