Only 117 miles since meticulously built from the bottom up. Just
about every part on this car is new from the metal & glass to the
wiring and cushions. Built by a Camaro restorer. Absolutely
stunning looks. I put on 100 of those miles, it was awesome. 94
degree day with the air on with out a problem.
EXTERIOR: Absolutely gorgeous. It's all new sheet metal that's been
precision fit. It's all laser straight. The LeMans blue paint is
laid out evenly and the clear coat finish is polished like glass.
It has white painted on stripes. The jambs are slick too. Every
single piece of trim is new- emblems, moldings, bumpers,handles,
mirrors, wipers, antenna, taillights, marker lights etc are new.
All the lenses and the grill are new. The Rally Sports reverse
lights are mounted below the bumper and the headlights are upgraded
with an electric motor conversion. They zip right open. It even has
all new glass in the car with a soft tint. Every weatherstrip and
seals is new. Features on the exterior include the trim package
which is the chrome louvers, wheel well moldings and gutter trim.
It also has cowl induction hood and spoilers. Beautiful set of
chrome US Mag wheels are 17inch in front and 18s in back with
G-Force performance tires.
INTERIOR: Literally it's all new down to the springs in the seats.
New cushions, upholstery and seat backs. The carpet, headliner,
visors, door panels, armrests, window cranks, handles, seat belts
front and back, all the trim, rear speaker tray are new. The entire
dash panel is new with real nice Dakota Digital electronic gauges.
Vintage Air heat and a/c controls use electric slides instead of
cables. It has tilt column with the deluxe wheel. The new stereo
system sounds pretty good. Custom made center console, leather grip
shift handle on the 6 speed. Completely new wiring harness front to
back.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: That's an LS3 6.2L- 430 hp motor, it delivers
performance and reliability. All the components in the engine
compartment are new. It has power steering, power brakes aluminum
radiator with dual electric fans. Everything is painted real nice,
the firewall smooth.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: All clean metal that's been painted gray and
white spatter finish with a durable clear coat. The bottom of the
trunk lid and jamb are just as slick as the outside. New latches,
tail light housings, wiring and weatherstrip.
UNDERSIDE: Everything in the front end is completely new. Upgraded
with a rack and pinion steering system. Rear suspension is also
completely new- leaf springs with lowering blocks, shocks, custom
sway bar. Entirely new brake system with discs at all four corners.
All new fuel system including the tank, lines, straps. Bottom of
the motor looks new, has a mini high-torque starter. Upgraded with
a 6-speed Tremec transmission. New clutch. New driveshaft and
u-joints connect to a rebuilt 12 bolt rear end with 3.73 posi.
Custom Flowmaster exhaust with fat pipes. All new floors painted
satin black. Everything looks because it is!
The 69 Camaro is one of the best looking cars of all time. The
colors on this one are to die for. Restored to look vintage but has
modern technology and performance. I wouldn't be afraid to drive
this car anywhere. I enjoyed every minute I did drive it. Now it's
