Please visit www.Survivor-Cars.com for additional photos,
information and a video. Want to cruise around in style without
missing your new car's modern features? We've got you covered! This
gorgeous1952 GMC 3100 pickup has all the modern touches including
4-wheel power disc brakes, power steering, tilt steering wheel,
AM/FM/CD/GPS, and A/C! The exterior is painted in a stunning
Magenta Metallic which is set off with plenty of chrome. The front
end of these GMC pickups is tough and clean looking with wide
chrome bars for the grill and the large GMC script on the hood.
Weld wheels are simple and let everyone know this is not a stock
1952 pickup. A custom aluminum tonneau cover keeps the bed clean
and dry and looks great. Under that hard cover is fully restored
with oak wood planks with stainless strips. The bed cover opens
easily with hood shocks and stays open on its own. The interior is
comfortable with a bench seat that is covered in gray cloth. It
matches the custom dash upholstery and custom two-tone door panels.
A Pioneer radio tucks nicely into the dash and slides out to reveal
a full screen with GPS to help navigate to the car show. It is also
a CD player and has Bluetooth and Spotify! A tilt steering column
with Grant steering wheel looks great and makes sure anyone is
comfortable behind the wheel. Slimline A/C has been installed that
is almost unnoticeable under the dash. Dolphin white face gauges
are a great addition. A Hurst shifter is right in reach and an
overhead console keeps your sunglasses right where you need them.
Billet pedals and Ron Francis wiring finish off the interior along
with a chrome fire extinguisher, just in case. Under the hood sits
the real show stopping part of this street rod truck. A 350 CID V8
is fully dressed and sits in front of a mirrored firewall. When you
open the hood at shows, it appears you have two engines! Chrome
Powermaster alternator, chrome A/C compressor, Griffin aluminum
radiator with electric fan and billet overflow, chrome fuel pump
and aluminum valve covers that proudly display the Chevy bowtie.
The engine is built with a mild cam, air gap intake, Edelbrock
carburetor, Mallory HEI ignition and full-length ceramic coated
headers running to true dual exhaust that exit in front of the rear
tires in rectangular tips. It is backed by a 700R4 that has been
painted to match the truck and has a finned pan. That leads to a
10-bolt rear end with air shocks and a finned differential cover. A
driveshaft loop has been installed for extra protection as well.
The brake booster has been hidded on the frame to keep the engine
bay clean, while still giving you the benefit of power brakes.
Lastly, this truck has a hidden hitch! If you have a little trailer
to pull to local shows, or want to use the truck for your business
it can certainly do the job! Right now it has a GMC cover so it is
hidden when not used. Simply install a drop hitch and you're ready
to roll. This vehicle is eligible for an Extended Service Contract
