This 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 has bold paint, less than 2,500
miles on the odometer, a spotless A/C interior, and a
performance-bred 32-valve 5.0-liter Coyote V8 that still has a home
in brand new Mustangs. So this is your chance at a modern pony car
legend that has barely ever left the stable!
Ford built one just for the enthusiasts in 2012. They resurrected
the Ford Mustang Boss 302 name for a special edition that is worthy
of the legend. The paint you can't take your eyes off of is called
Competition Orange. With such low mileage, this instant classic
still has its showroom shine. Plus, the Boss 302 striping package
on the hood and sides are inspired by Larry Shinoda's original
design. So it's worth the price of admission all on its own. The
stripes join a full blackout package on the front air dam, grille,
spoiler, rear panel, and tinted windows. And we especially like the
look of the black roof and Ford Racing 19-inch black alloys. It
really is a full aggressive package, right down to the power bulge
of the GT hood.
With such little mileage, it's no surprise that the special
optional Boss 302 Recaro sport seats are in excellent condition.
This is a true driver's machine, so you get a racer-style synthetic
suede steering wheel and machine-turned aluminum trim on the dash.
But while this is a competition-inspired machine, it's also a
feature-filled coupe. It includes air conditioning, power windows,
power locks, cruise control, and keyless entry. The radio is a
AM/FM/CD/XM stereo with modern hookup for your iPod. Speaking of
modern conveniences, you also get the safety of dual front airbags,
side airbags, ABS, and stability control. But your favorite feature
is going to be the special Track Key that can be programmed to
unleash the full power of this modern beast.
With dual overhead cams, 32-valves, and 5.0-liters, the Coyote V8
is one of the best modern engines of our time. The special Boss
motor was massaged to be more powerful than the GT, and with so few
miles on this example, it's hard to believe it's anything but
all-original. It produces a blistering 444 horsepower at its peak,
and you have full control over this performance V8 and its growling
soundtrack thanks to the six-speed manual transmission. In fact,
speaking of control, the full Boss package includes great
competition-inspired components like Ford Racing lowering springs,
Ford Racing one-piece driveshaft, and the optional Torsen real
differential package. You can see all these upgrades so well,
because the undercarriage is so fresh that the factory stickers are
still clearly visible. Of course, with every driving convenience
from power steering to four-wheel disc brakes, we know you won't be
able to resist adding to the ultra-low odometer of the speedy
pony.
The sale comes with everything a future classic like this needs,
including the original window sticker and owner's manual packet.
We'll be telling the legend of these Boss 302s for decades to come,
so this is a rare opportunity to get one that's basically factory
fresh. Call today!!!
