(Shelby Clone) Coupe. This fabulous Mustang is powered by the stout
Hi Performance 289/ 271 hp V-8 Engine with a dealer installed
tri-power (it's first for us too) and a 4 speed transmission. It
cruises down the road with ease and performance that attests to its
exterior Shelby trim. This fantastic and rare Mustang came out of a
collection of truly unique and well turned out Mustangs. Any true
Mustang fan knows that the K code and Shelby package is a coveted
commodity. Here is one very nicely optioned Mustang coupe ready to

appreciation. This one features a strong running K code hi perf 289
V8 with tri-power Holley carbs on an aluminum intake with finned
aluminum Cobra valve covers, Cobra aluminum oil pan, dual point
distributer, and polished finned air cleaner. Correct Easy Shifting
4 speed manual transmission, Front Disc Brakes, rear drums, with a
4:20 open 9 inch rear end gear. There are tuned long tube headers
with x pipe aluminized Dual Exhaust with performance mufflers and
trumpet exhaust, Fiberglass Shelby style hood scoop with steel hood
, and Full Length blue Shelby GT Body Stripes. Finished in Freshly
Buffed and Waxed Diamond Gloss Wimbledon White along with an
immaculate Blue Bucket Seat Interior, Safety Guard Padded Dash and
front and rear seat belts. There are full factory gauges including
the 120 MPH speedometer a factory AM radio (in-op) very stylish and
desirable Ralley Pak with 8000 RPM Tach and clock (non-working)
gauges mounted on steering column. Driver's side remote Chrome
mirror and Day Night Interior rear view mirror. The gorgeous
optional Styled Steel Wheels blasts around on newer 14 inch
Firestone redline bias ply tires. The engine bay is nicely detailed
for show and the trunk comes with a mat. Look at the underside of
this beauty. It doesn't stop at the rocker, the underside is
finished with lots of detail showing and you can see every seam and
weld. The torque boxes are solid as are all the frame rails. Very
fun car to cruise in and start gathering awards!
