Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1987 Caprice Wagon which is in beautiful original condition with low actual miles of 75,855. This Wagon is very stock and is in wonderful overall condition and comes with a clean car fax. This Wagon features nice Tan paint, a clean original interior, the original 307 engine, and a clean carfax. This Caprice is very solid with great lines and gaps and shows no signs of visible rust. This Caprice is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Tan over Tan cloth interior. This Caprice has low actual miles of 75,855 as verified by the outstanding overall condition of the car but also by the title stating the miles as actual and the included clean carfax. This Wagon is believed to be a one owner wagon and the included car fax supports that. This Caprice Wagon has always been garaged.
Exterior
The Tan exterior is in terrific condition. This Caprice is finished in its factory Tan color which is in overall fantastic condition. The paint is in great overall condition and the body and frame are both extremely solid with no metal repairs or patches. Both bumpers are in great shape shape which is hard to find with these style of bumpers. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, but noting was intentionally excluded from the photos. Tires have great tread left and the wheels are OEM originals and are in good shape. The front wheel center caps are missing.
Interior
The Tan interior of this Caprice is in great overall original condition. The original seat covers are in terrific condition with no major wear or seam splits or rips. The original carpet is in good overall condition with no major stains, rips, or holes. The original dash is in good overall condition but does have two hairline cracks. The original AM/FM Cassette stereo is still in place and plays well and sounds great. The door panels are in like new condition and all door pulls are solid and in tact. The rear seat folds down properly as does the middle seat.
All power windows work properly as does the rear window, power locks work too. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn, wipers, and blower motor on all speeds all work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever. The factory air conditioning system is in tact but currently does not blow cold air. The AC system appears to need a charge to work properly. The headliner board is missing but all the headliner trim is in place and the front and rear interior lights are hooked up and working.
Mechanical
This Caprice is in good mechanical condition with only 75,855 actual miles on the original 307 engine. This Caprice drives nice and strait, does not run hot, and has no odd behaviors or noises. In the video one can observe this wagon running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, and the wagon handles and performs well. This Caprice is a great driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop well. The exhaust was replaced as were the shocks. Also, the engine is clean and very original and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos.
