This is a nice 65 Pontiac GTO 389, 4 speed, PHS documented, has been repainted its original factory Burgundy Metallic base clear, all factory tinted glass is in very good condition, weather stripping has been replaced, original bumpers with some aging, all stainless moldings are in very good condition; as well as original grills.
Black bucket seat console interior, original padded dash in excellent condition, 3 spoke wood wheel, retains factory radio in stock location; as well as AM/FM/Cassette mounted in glove box, interior has been completely redone - headliner, door panels, seat covers and arm rest which are in very good condition, original 4 speed center console in very good condition, carpet has been replaced with GTO floor mats.
Under the hood the original 389 has been replaced with a 1966 389 4 barrel, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb with electric choke, factory chrome valve covers and louvered factory air cleaner, heavy duty radiator, set of headers into dual exhaust out the back, this strong running 389 is backed up with a Muncie 4 speed trans, updated with Hurst Competition Plus shifter, factory 10 bolt posi rear with 355 gear.
Rides on a set of 15 inch Cragar SS's.
This is a "True" PHS Documented GTO which is a nice cruiser.
