Everyone knows when it comes to muscle cars, the Nova has always
been really popular among hot-rodders and enthusiasts. With a
slightly smaller, but similar look to the Chevelle, the Nova is
also one of the more coveted body styles. This Nova, which started
life as with a V-8, stands out by first grabbing your attention
with the very well executed paint job that resembles the original
LeMans Blue Poly which was an option for 1969. Continuing the trend
of being well executed, as you look in the trunk or anywhere in the
interior it all looks better than you'd expect even from the
factory! The small block in this thing is no joke with a Weiand
intake and it lopes with that nice thumper cam sound coming through
the long tube headers and is mated to a 4-speed transmission to
give you that TRUE muscle car era look, sound, and feel when you're
out there merging on the freeway. Speaking of freeway, while it has
a larger cam, and 4-speed, this car does have a great freeway
cruising gear which means long road trips are no problem and gas
mileage will not be as bad as most other muscle cars. You don't
have to worry about winding out the engine just trying to do 60
since you have a 4-speed. Power steering lets you steer and handle
with ease and the power disc brakes will make it stop. The owner
wasn't afraid to put it through it's paces on the way down to our
showroom, that's for sure. Chevy didn't make it easy to decode
these cars but if this isn't a true SS, it is a perfect clone. All
of the emblems are in the correct locations, the "power disk brake"
pedal is there, and the VIN starts with 11427. Remember, financing
is available and trades are welcome!
