1965 Pontiac Catalina 2+2 Extremely rare and beautiful frame off
nut and bolt concourse restoration. Originally, a 421 4 speed
w/Tri-Power now has a Pontiac 428 block, balanced and blueprinted
roller motor, bored 30 over and stroked with a balanced and
polished steel 455 crank. Kaufman alum. D port racing head's that
flow 290 cfm with Comp Stainless Steel roller rockers and Rhodes
Lifters and Edelbrock alum. performer RPM intake, (heads and intake
are painted Pontiac blue to look stock) with a 850 Demon (pre
Holly) sitting on top , (the original 421 blocked was cracked) Has
the original 421 HO Long Branch exhaust manifold's backed by a
Richmond Super Street 5 speed with a Center Force clutch. No
corners cut here.The entire car was Bede Blasted. Laser straight
body, show paint and chrome. Perfect fit of all the door's and
panel's. Has the original Pontiac 8 lug wheel's with the 5th in the
trunk and the mounting plate. Frame was Powder Coated the original
black. Stainless steel brake and fuel lines. Full Stainless steel
exhaust system by Pypes with cut out's all Tig welded together. The
interior is immaculate and done to original spec's including
Vintage Air conditioning. Perfect glass and all window trim
including all the rubber. This is a Concourse restored Pontiac to
the tune of over 92K (I have all the paper work of the build
including part of the build sheet and the protecto plate). There is
so much more to this Pontiac.
