The MGA is one of the most popular British roadsters ever put on
the road, and this 1959 example is one of very few Twin Cam models
that offered serious performance in this lightweight package. The
Twin Cam 4-cylinder engine has undergone some tasteful upgrades
over the years to keep it fresh and fun. The camshafts have been
mildly upgraded, along with oversized valves, Carillo rods, a tube
header with a stainless-steel exhaust system (which sounds
absolutely amazing), Aldon distributor, and an aluminum flywheel
for a very noticeable, but subtle, increase in performance. Chassis
upgrades include a thick 1" Panhard bar, and 7/8" front sway bar
Other features include desirable and correct knock-off steel wheels
and 4-wheel Dunlop disc brakes for excellent stopping power and
safety. The exterior has been custom finished in Porsche Indian Red
accented by a black soft top. Inside you'll find a black interior
with Competition seats, a 3-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel,
Jaeger gauges, and the BMC AM Radio. This car has also taken part
in many exclusive "Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion" vintage
racing events, and it's lightweight race-used windshield is
included. This gives this already one-of-a-kind car a very unique
history. You are always welcome to visit our 27,000sqft
