The tail lights perched up on the large fins were a feature that was borrowed from the experimental K-310 when Chrysler separated the Imperial and Chrysler lines. This feature gave the Imperial a distinctive look. Elegant, big, and graceful, the Imperial looked as if a uniformed chauffeur should be driving it and many of them did!The mechanical set up was designed to eliminate sway. Good and solid engineering gave customers a luxury look with a comfortable ride.Engine is the original 354 cid with the PowerFlite pushbutton automatic transmission.
