Vehicle Description
STK 2613 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Resto-Mod
In order to transform a tri-five Chevy into a top-flight Resto Mod,
you must first have a clear vision. Then you must oversee every
aspect of the process to reach the goal. From the beautiful paint
to the stunning interior to the powerful LS-1 drivetrain, this '57
BelAir is a perfect example of a vision brought to life. A
rotisserie restoration was completed in 2017 and the attention to
detail on this North Carolina car is unbelievable. Cadillac Black
paint is virtually flawless, as is all chrome and stainless body
trim. Note the period-correct '57 "Fuel Injected" insignias on the
fenders. This BelAir sits lower than the factory version on
upgraded suspension and Foose 17" chrome alloys that mount Nitto NT
radials. The plush two-tone tan leather interior was created by
Dave's Upholstery, Drexel, NC and is stunning - this 4-bucket seat
design with full-length console should have been a factory option.
The original BelAir steering wheel has been replaced with an
alloy/wood wheel and a set of Dakota Digital classic gauges w/LED
lighting are mounted in the original dash pod. Enjoy the ride with
A/C, tinted windows, tilt wheel, power seats and AM/FM stereo.
Under the hood is a fuel injected LS-1 in stock trim that was taken
directly from a 2002 Camaro. A Griffin aluminum radiator furnishes
cooling and the battery has been moved to a concealed compartment
in the trunk. The transmission is a 4L60E automatic (2nd gen 700R4
w/computer management). This '57 looks beautiful from any angle -
even from below. The chassis has been totally detailed and remains
spotless. It incorporates rack-and-pinion power steering and power
disc brakes w/Wilwood calipers/drilled rotors, dual master and
stainless lines. All suspension components have been upgraded
including a heavy-duty front sway bar. Custom tube headers are
married to a stainless exhaust system with 'X' crossover. The Ford
9" differential is mounted on leaf springs and contains 3.55:1
gearing. This is an extraordinary '57 BelAir that words cannot
describe. It must be seen and driven to be appreciated. Any one of
us would be proud to have this '57 in the driveway. ALL VEHICLES
SOLD "AS IS".
