The C/K was Chevrolet's full-size pickup from 1959 to 2002 (a 'C'
series truck was 2-wheel drive, K-series 4-wheel drive). Our 'C'
series 1985 Scottsdale received a rigorous restoration (1994) and
custom re-spray complete with stunning accent flames that begin at
the grill and move smoothly down the hood and sides. The finish is
in good condition and the body is straight and solid. A
front/side/rear body kit and rear spoiler were integrated into the
custom design. The impressive Fleetside bed includes a hinged
fiberglass cover w/mural, carpeting, louvered tailgate and custom
rear lighting. A redesigned interior has been fitted with bucket
seats reupholstered in blue cloth velour. Features include tinted
windows, center console, gauge package and Pioneer AM/FM stereo. A
350ci small-block is equipped with aluminum heads, a mild cam,
Summit aluminum intake and Holley carb. Tube headers exit to a
custom free-flowing exhaust and a 350 Turbo-Hydramatic delivers
torque to a stock differential with 3.08:1 gearing. The clean
undercarriage mounts front and rear suspension set-ups that appear
to be basically stock with power steering and power disc/drum
brakes. The Chevy sits on a slightly lowered stance and is fitted
with a period-correct set of 15" Pacer alloys and BFG Radial T/A
tires. This Scottsdale is a solid, reasonably priced performer that
could be driven every day. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
